Export Settings in Adobe Premiere Pro for Rise
Hi! All of our videos from Premiere Pro face the same issue once loaded into Rise. Articulate Support troubleshot and shared with us to use Handbrake to convert the exported video and then upload it...
You need to use a different Video Codec.
Look for MP4 - H.264. If Premiere Pro lets you export with that setting, the file should work in Rise.
