Export Settings in Adobe Premiere Pro for Rise
Hi! All of our videos from Premiere Pro face the same issue once loaded into Rise. Articulate Support troubleshot and shared with us to use Handbrake to convert the exported video and then upload it...
Hi Judy, thank you for the suggestion! We managed to export mp4 by changing the video format and the exported videos are able to view in Rise.
