Export storyline to Word doesn't work

I am trying to publish a storyline slide (or project) to Word. After publishing, Storyline congratulates me and says the file was published succesfully. But when I want to look up the file in ...
Hi there - when we export to Word, the .zip file comes through empty every time. Can someone please advise?

Sorry you're hitting this snag. Let's start with these tips:
- For Storyline 360 to access Word, you'll need to have a compatible version of Word installed.
- Be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive) when creating, editing, and publishing Storyline courses.
- Have you tried importing the file into a new one, then try publishing to Word again to see if that helps?
