Exported Rise Content in XLIFF file is all in 1 cell. Is that normal?

Hi,

I have had success in Storyline translating a course in another language.  However, when I export content from my Rise course, all of the information appears in a single cell of the XLF file. 

I was expecting to see the content in one column and broken up in several rows and another column for the translator to enter information.

Am I doing something wrong?  Where should the translated information go so it can be uploaded properly?

    Hi Mark! Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the XLIFF file of your Rise 360 course. Are you opening the XLIFF file with a translation software? If you are, what software are you using? Can you send us a screenshot of what it looks like in a single cell?
