Exporting Blank PDF in Rise 360

Hello,

I wanted to reach out on here regarding a problem exporting a course in Rise 360. The course was made in our usual way and we have had no problems thus far. However, with this particular one, when we export it into a PDF it is completely blank. We have tried multiple times on different days, closed the browser, and relogged, but still no luck. Would anyone happen to know the issue that may be causing this?
