Failed to Import PowerPoint Presentation
Hello, I have been using Storyline 360 for some years now and after I did the latest update I got an error message saying "Failed to Import PowerPoint Presentation." I went into Microsoft Office's app and updated the application to the latest version, my PowerPoint starts at slide one and it is not password protected, however... it still won't load.
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. If you've already followed the steps in this article, please share a copy of your PowerPoint file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
