We wanted you to know this has been read and shared with the internal team. To make sure we're capturing your feedback accurately, it sounds like you're asking for something like flex-wrap/grid-template-columns support. Today a Container's Direction is row or column for the whole Container, which can be set at each device breakpoint. Content could reflow into different column/row configurations per breakpoint by manipulating nested containers, mimicking a grid layout.

We are continuing to improve on the feature while it's in Labs and feedback from people actually building with it is exactly what helps shape where to improve. Thanks again for taking the time to test it and write this up!
