Feedback in quiz not ADA compliant???

I'm not seeing other users report issues of feedback layers not being read by screen readers and not being editable, so it looks like the behavior is specific to your file.
I did a quick test on my end using NVDA, and I can confirm that the screen reader was able to read the feedback layer of a drag and drop interaction. I was also able to make changes to it as well. Here's the link that I used for testing.
One thing you can check is to make sure that your feedback layers are present in the slide's focus order, similar to what is shown here:
