Unfortunately, this is a long standing problem, making custom feedback masters largely unuseable as you have been discovering.
Hi folks. Thanks for having this conversation. You're right - when you create a new feedback master and format the existing placeholders, the default options are returning. It looks like this issue has been popping up since previous versions, so I'm going to make sure we're doing what we can to prioritize this properly.
