Feedback master never works for me!
I'm getting so frustrated with the feedback master. I set it up correctly so that it has all the styles I want, but when it's applied I get nonsense.

When I then go in and manually select the feedback master (there is only one in there to choose from), I get this:
I feel like I spend ages setting up my templates to use and then I have to manually sort them anyway!
Sorry for the rant. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with Feedback Master layouts in Storyline!
If you've confirmed that you're working with locally-stored .story files, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't improve the issue, do you mind sharing a copy of your .story file for testing? Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
