Feedback title slide items disappearing

Hi! 

My feedback slides (correct, incorrect and try again) are disappearing after a few seconds even if I've set the timing of all individual items to "show always". I've also gone in the feedback master and set all individual items on the feedback master slides to "show always" and elongated their timing to 25 seconds just in case. Some items are still disappearing, including the "continue" button which makes it so the user cannot continue. 

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions to fix it? Thank you so much!
