File size limits in Rise
Is there a limit to the size of the jpg files that can be loaded for the theme cover pages? I'm getting a message that the file is unsupported or corrupted. I know it is not corrupted, so I assume it is the large file size.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when uploading images to Rise 360!
As Phil shared, it would be helpful to know more details about the file itself. For Rise 360, the maximum file size is 5GB. Are you able to upload this file successfully to other parts of your Rise course, like within Image Blocks?
