Hi We have Rise modules that need updating that have been put on our LMS however all of these colleagues no longer work with us. Is there a way to recover these as they need updating.

If your colleagues left fairly recently (within the past few months) contact Tech Support to transfer the courses to someone in your organization that has a current Articulate 360 account.
