FIX NEEDED: Exported xliff file from RISE has included the default text block wording
- 3 years ago
Hi everyone! We fixed the issue where hidden placeholder text was sometimes included in exported XLIFF files. You should no longer run into that placeholder text when translating your Rise 360 courses.
Let us know if you run into any further trouble with this!
The placeholder text "When we show up...." appears in every XLIFF file where certain paragraph, subheading or grid types are used.
Is there any potential solution to avoid this issue - in the courses I am translating there are 50 instances of this placeholder text recurring in the XLIFF file.

Hi Michael! Thanks for letting us know you're encountering this issue as well.
We are still working on getting a fix for this issue. In the meantime, you can try adding a new text block Instead of changing a text block that contains a paragraph as a workaround.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience and possible delay in your work. We'll post updates on this thread as soon as we receive any updates or make changes to this behavior.
