Flash Player 10 or higher for Internet Explorer is required to run Articulate Storyline.

Hi there, we just had Storyline 3 installed (Because our LMS doesn't work with the features of Storyline Articulate 360), so going back to Storyline 3. However this error comes up when trying to run it - "Flash Player 10 or higher for Internet Explorer is required to run Articulate Storyline.... Using Articulate Storyline without the required Flash Player is not supported." Not sure why this is, as Flash Player is no longer supported and should be uninstalled? Thank you for any help
