Folder is empty when publishing to word

Can you confirm if you have a supported version of Microsoft Office installed on your machine? If you do, then there's a chance that your organization might be blocking .doc files from being created.
Storyline 360 outputs courses that have been published to Word in .doc format. This might be an issue for users who belong to an organization that only allow newer .docx files from being created and opened. To check if this is what's preventing your files from generating in the published output folder, please reach out to your IT staff and ask them if your organization allows .doc files to be created.
