Font changing when in preview/published

I have created a course and the font is changing any time I try to preview a slide or publish the file. The font is Interstate ExtraLight. I have tried:

Do you have installed the Variable Font ? (storyline web player does not support variable fonts)
if yes - deinstall this font and install the static version
