Font is different in preview...
Hi SuzanneCarson-b!
Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Inter font from your Storyline course!
I can confirm we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes Inter font to not look the same during preview, as it does while editing a course. I've linked this discussion to the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place.
In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest using the OpenType Font format of Inter.
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
Hi Suzanne and others.
I am also facing the same problem with the "TemelYazı" font family. When used in the page design, it does not show the "Regular" form while previewing, it shows another font instead.
In the menu, it also shows another font from the font family.
No matter what I did, I could not solve the problem. Do you have any advice? StevenBenassi

I haven't found a good solution. And I have way too much content to go back and change the font of every slide 😞
The result is that most of my courses look fine/as they should, but where I have added new slides the font looks weird. 😣

Update - it seems that installing the OpenType format of the font has worked for me. I just have to rebold some things that should be bolded but aren't in the preview.

Hello cerikLisans19,
Thanks for reaching out!
- What file format are you using? I want to confirm that at this time, we do not support WOFF2 files.
- You mentioned that another font is showing when previewing. Are you able to identify the font that is replacing the regular font? It would be helpful to see a screen recording of this change in action.
- I'm curious if you re-upload the font files and preview your course, do you still experience this behavior?
I'd be happy to investigate further by reviewing your font files and viewing a link to your project file in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Luciana, LucianaPiazza
- The fonts I want to use are .otf fonts.
- You will see all the problems in the screenshots. Menu fonts, header fonts are displayed with light version. The font in the page content is displayed with another font that is not defined. I have also added the actual correct screenshot.
- I cannot figure out why it gives such an error. The same document is displayed incorrectly on my computer but correctly on another computer.
- I formatted Windows, installed the fonts many times, and updated articulate storyline 360, but it did not work.
I am sharing the sample document with you.
I am waiting for your help to solve it.
Thank you very much.

Hi cerikLisans19,
Thanks for sharing those details and files. I really appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done!
We’d be happy to investigate this further. Would you also be able to share the font file you’re using so we can take a closer look? If you prefer, you can send it privately through a support case.
