    Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Inter font from your Storyline course!

    I can confirm we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes Inter font to not look the same during preview, as it does while editing a course. I've linked this discussion to the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place.

    In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest using the OpenType Font format of Inter.

I am having the same problem with the Sitka font our company uses in branding.  The correct font is displayed on the slide when building, but changes in preview and publish modes. I checked the slide masters and they all have the correct font selected, so not competing Text Styles.  How do I fix it?

Thanks for reaching out! What Sitka font style are you currently using for branding? 

We're currently tracking a bug related to some of the Sitka font family styles. Certain font styles in that font family display the text differently when viewing your course in Preview and Published outputs. To confirm that this is related, we'd be more than happy to take a closer look at your project file in this thread or privately in a support case.
