    Hello Rafiq,

    Thanks for sharing the videos!

    It looks like the font FS Albert Pro was successfully installed on your machine. Your video also showed it as an available font in Storyline 360. 

    Can I ask if you were trying to access the Italic and Bold versions of the font? If so, you can highlight the text that you need to change to Italic or Bold and press Ctrl + I or Ctrl + B on your keyboard respectively. Alternatively, you can use the built-in font formatting options listed here. 

    If you were referring to a different font that's not appearing in Storyline 360, open a case with our support team here so we can provide additional assistance.
