Font Issue - Neue Haas Grotesk Pro
My client has provide a Storyline template to use to update one of their courses. When I open the .story file it says there is a font missing - Neue Haas Grotesk Pro. It looks like this is a windows font but for some reason it is not showing up in Storyline. I've looked online to see if I can purchase this font but I can't seem to find it so I'm afraid to uninstall this font. Not sure how to fix or how to troubleshoot. Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, this was an interesting challenge. Here is what I can share with you. I have Windows 10 on my machine and could see a similar font, "Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro" when I worked on a Word document but not in Storyline 360. I could also not see the font in my c:\windows\fonts directory.
After installing the Pan-European Supplemental Fonts pack, I could then see it within Storyline 360 and in my fonts folder. Maybe that will work for you?
In Windows 10: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> Optional features and then click the Add a Feature button. install the “Pan-European Supplemental Fonts” pack
