Proxima Nova font issue
Hi all,
I have a client whose branding font is Proxima Nova, and I need to develop a course in Storyline using this font. Has anyone found a reliable way to make Proxima Nova work correctly? In review 360 and LMS.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Articulate-Team This seems to be an old problem, but is it still a problem?
What changes have you noticed that make you think Proxima Nova "isn't working correctly"? I'm curious. Have you tested a Review and SCORM export for LMS today? And what are the problems?
I did a very quick test with Proxima nova th, rg, and it (which I had in my font library) and the slide displays the letters exactly as they should be in a Review (not tested in LMS).- Articulate-TeamCommunity Member
Hi! Yes still a problem, I do have them from the Adobe Creative Suite. I’m seeing the same issue locally, in the LMS, and in Review. My coworkers are experiencing the same problem as well. Please check the screenshot below—it was published yesterday. You’ll see that it appears the font was replaced with a serif version. This was published to Review 360 using the latest update.
Hi Articulate-Team!
I'm sorry to hear that the Proxima Nova font has been giving you so much trouble! Great to see the community has been helping you!
I can confirm this behavior is related to a bug we are tracking for Storyline 360. This bug causes the Proxima Nova font to not render properly in published output. I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is released.
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!

Sorry for the late reply Articulate-Team , but I didn't receive a notification about your response. I took the liberty of asking you if the problem persisted six days ago because I hadn't noticed any issues for me, including ten minutes ago: see the small .story file attached. It's strange, isn't it? This may help the team at @Steven, but probably not you.
Hi ThierryEMMANUEL,
Thanks so much for following up and for taking the time to put together and share that test file. I really appreciate it!
That’s definitely interesting behavior, especially since you’re not seeing the issue on your end. I’ve shared your Storyline file with our product engineers by attaching it directly to the existing bug report so they can compare environments and dig into what might be causing the difference.
Even if it doesn’t reproduce consistently for everyone, examples like this are incredibly helpful for narrowing things down. Thanks again for taking the extra step to help us investigate this further. We’ll keep the thread updated as we learn more.
