Proxima Nova font issue in preview as well in published version
I’ve installed Proxima Nova on my system, and it displays correctly in the course editor. However, when I preview or publish the course, a different font appears.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this!
We've confirmed that Proxima Nova Light and Proxima Nova Semibold display correctly in Storyline when the latest versions of those fonts are installed and enabled for desktop use. In our testing, updating the Proxima Nova font files resolved the issue.
In Settings > Personalization > Fonts, confirm you have the latest version installed. The details should appear similar to the following:
Full name: Proxima Nova Bold Version: Version 3.020;hotconv 1.0.109;makeotfexe 2.5.65596
Full name: Proxima Nova Semibold Version: Version 3.020;hotconv 1.0.109;makeotfexe 2.5.65596
If you don't see a current version listed, follow these steps:
- Reinstall the latest fonts through Adobe Creative Cloud (or your font manager).
- Confirm they're enabled for desktop use.
- Restart Storyline.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag!
Is this the only font you're experiencing this issue with? We're currently tracking a known bug in Storyline 360 which causes the Proxima Nova font not to render properly. I've linked this discussion to the report so we can update you when we have a fix, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I have a client whose branding font is Proxima Nova, and I need to develop a course in Storyline using this font. Has anyone found a reliable way to make Proxima Nova work correctly? In review 360 and LMS.Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
