Font Rendering Issue
I'm using Storyline 360 and am discovering an issue with the way a font is rendering, specifically Open Sans. When I'm editing slides, the font renders correctly:
Bolded text appears as it should.
When you preview or publish the file, the font renders with the bolded kerning, but not the appropriate weight.
Alas, the output does not match the input. For brand purposes, this is actually critical font, so any help on what may be causing the issue (and ideally, a resolution) would be appreciated!
Hi BrodieHausch-7c!
Sorry to hear text isn't rendering properly when publishing your Storyline course!
I see that you've also opened a support case, that's been received by our support engineers. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with them, and they should be connecting with you via e-mail, shortly!
We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

We are currently having this same problem with the Nunito sans font. Was a solution uncovered?

Looks to be relating to variable fonts which are not well-supported in Storyline 360.
