Font Not Being Recognized When Previewing
Hi Everyone,
I'm happy to share that we've just released another update for Storyline 360!
In Build 3.115.36688.0, we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- Some Avenir fonts didn't display correctly in previewed or published output.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I am having this issue today so this was never fixed (three years later). My company's branding requires Avenir, I can't just use a different font.
Hello NicholeDinato-5! We are seeing this bug is quite specific and only applies to the Avenir font which is why it hasn't been prioritized yet. Are you using Avenir Light, Avenir Bold, or other formats in the Avenir font family?
Any update 4 years later? Or is the basic functionality of text taking a back seat to AI features?

Any updates to share? Having fonts seems to be a very basic request that should have taken priority at some point over 4 years.
