Force Chrome to open Storyline links in a new window
Hello everyone.
We have Storyline 360 courses which have links in them that are set to launch in a new window. It works fine in Internet Explorer, but Chrome always opens in a new tab. We need these links to open in a new window.
Everything I've read so far says that this is a limitation of Chrome, and there isn't really a setting in the browser to launch links in a new window.
Anyone have any thoughts on this issue?

Thank you for your post, and you're right.
The default behavior for Chrome is to open links in a new tab. There isn't a setting in Storyline to guarantee links open in a new window or tab since it is up to each browser's configuration, but there is a community JavaScript solution that might help:
We've found that if we set Window size to Custom, Chrome opens the link in a new window.
