Formatting Text on the cover page

PLEASE prioritize this option!!!! Almost every RISE course I create, I need to be able to inherently control the formatting of the title. For our business specifically, we do not need the ability to resize the content based on the device used as all of our employees will be accessing the information while on a computer.
An option to have the aspect ratio disabled and available on a computer screen only in order to control the formatting of the title would be greatly beneficial.
