Found a way to delete masters and layouts that are grayed out even though they are not used
Hello everyone!
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 118, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released an enhancement for:
- Identify where slide masters, feedback masters, and layouts are used across your project to make design updates faster.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Suni, Thank you for posting this information. I didn't know this was an issue. I know you can't delete slide masters or feedback masters if any slide is referencing it. I do notice that some slides though will still show the grayed out delete function but "DEL" on the keyboard still solves this. As long that their not referenced they would delete.
