Free Course Template About Coronavirus
There has been a lot of talk about the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) lately, and it’s not hard to understand why. As e-learning specialists, we felt that we have the tools to collect information from reliable sources and deliver it to others in a simple and understandable way.

I already have articulate 360 with rise 360.
Yes, I can't find it either in the Rise 360. In the Covid-19 article, it says "Rise customers who want to customize the COVID-19 course for their organizations can simply access the course from the prebuilt examples in their Rise accounts." So I guess maybe it's only for the Rise customers.
Articulate folks, we have several 360 licenses, and I cannot find the Rise template to be able to make this course available through our LMS. Are the source files only available to the new "Rise" customers? If it is, it sounds like the rest of us are treated like second class users now :-(

Its a Rise.com template, not in rise 360. But the staff here is amazing that they share it to everyone even without rise subscription. :)
I'm required by my company to reach out to all vendors to gauge their readiness to continue operations through covid-19 impacts. I reached out via your contact page on Monday. I've heard nothing. I'm surprised that there is not information on your home page to address this. Can you speak to this? How is Articulate preparing for business continuity?
