Free-Form Question Naming (for reporting)

So, I'm working on a project where we want to be able to see the responses to questions in the project. The questions are just to gather data (similar to a survey), rather than actual quiz questions....

    This article describes what data is submitted to an LMS/LRS: Storyline 360 Sends This Quiz and Survey Data to an LMS  

    Unfortunately, it doesn't send the question. It just submits an ID that includes the scene, slide, etc. 

    I suggest you create a quiz key with the IDs and the actual questions for whomever will be analyzing the responses.
