Free-Form Question Naming (for reporting)
So, I'm working on a project where we want to be able to see the responses to questions in the project. The questions are just to gather data (similar to a survey), rather than actual quiz questions....

Unfortunately, it doesn't send the question. It just submits an ID that includes the scene, slide, etc.
I suggest you create a quiz key with the IDs and the actual questions for whomever will be analyzing the responses.
Currently, the LMS field in question is retrieving an incorrect SCORM 2004 data model element. It is configured to pull cmi.interactions.n.id and cmi.interactions.n.type, whereas it should be retrieving cmi.interactions.n.description in order to display the actual question text or interaction description.
Contact your LMS administrator to verify whether this configuration can be added or amended accordingly.
