free trial expired
hello use Rise all the time at work so I set up the free 30 day trial at home. sadly it expired after about 3 hours. Any thought on what I can do ? thanks Jonathan
I'm so sorry that happened, Jonathan! It looks like your trial expired in error. We have reset your email address, so please sign up for a new Articulate 360 trial using the same email address. You shouldn't run into this issue again!

Hey, I also use articulate 360 at work, and have been having some intermittent issues, so I created a home account, and it also was cancelled before the free trial expired, even though it was only created yesterday. Do you have any thoughts on what I can do? I have been told the account expired Nov 1 2024 which is nuts because I only created the account yesterday. Thanks Darren
