Thanks for reaching out here and including a screenshot! It looks like you have yet to activate your trial account. You can visit this page to fill out the free trial form. Then, you'll receive an automated email with a link to activate your free trial. Once done, you should be able to log in to your Articulate 360 desktop app using your trial account, and if you have any questions about free trials, check this out or let us know!

Hi Luiza,
I'm in the same case, I create and activated a free trial account but i still face this message (same as Michaela's screenshot). It's very frustrating, could you assist me please ?
