I'm sorry your mobile keyboard is covering your questions! I have a follow-up question for you. Are you using an Android device? We have a bug logged for something that sounds similar when using Android devices. Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can take a look at some possible solutions?
