I am having this problem when published to LMS as SCORM 1.2 . Other than publishing as 2004 is there a fix for this.?
Hi, Jeffrey! Is your course launched in a frameset in your LMS? We have an issue documented where the video full screen mode doesn't work if the course is launched in a frameset. As a workaround, set your course to open in a new window instead. Let us know if this workaround works for you!
