Generate captions with AI missing from latest update
Just did the storyline update and for some reason generate captions with AI is not there anymore. Did it move, or is this an oops?

Thanks for reaching out! I tested this with both recorded audio and AI-generated text-to-speech audio. In both cases, the Generate with AI option was available, and the generated closed captions appeared as expected when I previewed the project.
Since I’m not seeing the same behavior on my end, could you let us know:
- Which version of Storyline 360 are you using? You can find that under Help > About Storyline.
- Are you able to use other AI features in Storyline 360, or are those unavailable as well? This can help us determine whether the issue is specific to generating captions or related to access to AI services.
If you’re already using the latest version of Storyline 360, it would also be helpful to see a screen recording of what appears when you select the audio or video where Generate with AI is missing.
