Getting a flash of a grey screen in the opening scene after mp4 playback starts

Hi.  See attached.  Only in the mp4 rendering am I getting the flash of a grey screen after playback is started.  I am not getting this in Review 360 or html format, but the html format doesn't have the portability of an mp4 file.

I am unable to determine the cause.  Please help?

    Happy to help!

    Myself and two of my colleagues tested your video using Mac and Windows media players and none of us were able to observe any gray flashes at the start of the video.

    • Can I ask if you are working out of a computer that meets the minimum System Requirements needed to properly run Storyline 360?
    • If yes, have you tried using other Media Players to see if the flash only appears when specific players are used?
    • Is the gray flash appearing on all of the courses that you publish to video, or is it specific to this one course?
