Getting error while opening the SCORM package
Hi Team,
I am getting an error while opening the Scorm package. can you please check and let me know why I am getting error?
Output :- Getting from Rise360
File size :- 53MB

I'm sorry you've hit this snag with the Rise published output; thank you for sharing the files! I tried opening the zipped file and got the same error. Kindly try publishing the Rise course again and see if it helps. A network glitch may have caused the output error.

I have retried to republish the package from 2-3 machines with different IDs but still, I am getting the same issue. Also, I have raised the case for the same.
