Getting errors
Lately, I have been getting errors when uploading an eLearning course in our LMS. Please see the attached image.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue when uploading your course to your LMS, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. Are you only seeing this error message when uploading this specific course?
- To start, I would check each file in every folder of the published output to confirm there aren't any files that contain non-ASCII characters in their file names.
- Next, I would try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud. If the course uploads properly there, then the issue is likely LMS-related. You can reach out to your LMS administrator directly for assistance.
