I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag with the score not being reported to your LMS! The first thing I'd check is how the course is being tracked. Make sure it is tracked by quiz completion and not by slides viewed.
If the issue persists, try testing your course in a different LMS to confirm if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to Vector/Convergence LMS. SCORM Cloud is a great environment that you can use for this purpose. Here's how to test your course on this platform:
