I think customers would really love to get insight into how features are prioritised - it consistently seems to be that totally new shiny things that aren't being asked for are prioritised over and above incredibly basic things that customers are screaming for (for 5,6 7,years!). Ignoring the basics is a fundamental error in customer service!
