Grade not reporting in CANVAS
CANVAS is not displaying the grade after a learner completes the lesson. An "X" is displayed as a grade instead of a checkmark. Our Storyline file has the following settings:

I'm having the same issue. Canvas support is telling me it's the SCORM package, yet it worked fine recording completion grades last week. When tested in SCORM Cloud, it was marked as completed/passed, but registered the score as 0% or unknown.
