Graded Quiz: Fill In The Blank

Hi Jeanette,

I have a question about the fill in the blanks. I need to create an activity with multiple blanks, and I need it to be graded so that the student only has 1 attempt. The activity is to divide a word into syllables, so I decided to have the word, then three blanks to write the syllables in. I'm not sure what the best way to create this activity would be. Any suggestions would be great!!
