Gremlins in the AI - Rise AI Audio

Is anyone experiencing gremlins creating havoc when using the AI Audio feature in Rise? Whenever I use Benji (my favourite NZ kiwi sounding male voice), in the preview sounds normal, but once generated changes to a heavy Russian accent?

    Hello SuperSuze​, 

    I understand you're using AI TTS Audio with Benji's voice in Rise 360, and it sounds different from the preview sample. I can confirm that we have this behavior logged with our team. Happy to learn more about your specific setup!

    • Are you currently using model v3 to generate audio with Benji's voice?
    • Is this happening in more than one course, or just this one?

     

    As a troubleshooting step, you can select an earlier version each time you generate audio. Here’s how:

    1. Open the AI text-to-speech window.
    2. Advanced settings.
    3. Next to Model, select Multilingual v2.
    4. Select Generate to preview the voice again.
