Grouping PDF Files in Rise

Hi, is there a way to group several PDF files in Rise? I have 14 PDF files that I have uploaded to a course and I'm wondering if there is a better way to present this for the learner? I tried grouping them in the Tabs block but you can't upload a PDF. I'm not able to use the embed feature or link to PDFs due to not having an online server that everyone in our org can easily access or get this setup in time. 

Any creative suggestions?

    I am curious to know this as well! I have tried this before and was unable. I ended up using a Storyline block with buttons to download the files because it was the only way I could group them together and look nice.
