Handling instructor notes in a Rise package

I am going to submit this as a feature request as well, but wanted to add "momentum" :) around this concept and my +1 too.

We use Rise for both self-paced and ILT courses. Our thought process is that we use it as the ILT for those employees we want and need to expose the content to immediately, but then publish it after for anyone that either couldn't attend or is hired at a later date and still needs to know/understand the material as part of their job.
