Have to constantly refresh for text formatting to work
Not sure if this is a bug or what, but frequently the text formatting options do not work. It happens what seems to be randomly, but frequently (every 5-10 min) and with all block types (plain text, text in a table, in a list, with an image, etc).
By "not work" I mean that the formatting options come up, but clicking anything simply closes the formatting options without updating the text to the selected style/size/color/etc.
A refresh of the browser page fixes the problem every time. I am using Chrome on a Mac and this occurs both in regular and incognito windows.
Any idea why this is happening? It's very frustrating and eats a lot of time having to refresh the page then find my place again.

This happens to our team as well, but less frequently at about two to five times per day.
