Have trouble with an interactive block not loading in my LMS?
Hi Mallory, is the issue happening in just one type of browser, or all browsers? Kindly open a case with us here and include that information. One of our technical support engineers will provide you instructions in sharing your Rise course and investigate.

I am currently in the process of gathering browser data and such from those experiencing the issue.
I will open a ticket if a significant trend is found.
In the meantime, I have turned off the 'block entrance animations' feature to see if that will help my learners.
