Header does not update in Review 360

Greetings! I have a rather complex question born of some not-so-great practices.

Scenario:

  • Tina creates content and publishes to Review. The link to this content in Review360 is Link1
  • Amy publishes Tina's content with a new link. The link to this content in Review 360 is Link 2.
  • A typo is found in the course title of the content. This typo in the course title is reflected in the course header.
  • Tina corrects the content and republishes to Link1. The typo still appears in the header, though the course title is corrected.
  • Amy republishes the content to Link2. The typo does NOT appear in the header. It has been corrected in the course title.

Wondering why this occurred and how to adjust it in the course header for Link1.

Why is it important?

  • We are using Articulate to develop content for a client.
  • They are are reviewing WITHOUT an Articulate license.
  • All of the comments were in Tina's Link1.
  • We can give them Amy's Link2, but then they will not see their original comments.

As a workaround we've ended up given them both links.

If you've read this far... big thanks! And TIA for any insight you can give.
