Heading levels not read by screen reader
Hello, I am trying to achieve basic level of semantic formatting for heading levels (h1, h2, h3 etc.) and have followed steps which are provided as follows:

Thanx Lauren for replying. We have also observed this while testing it further at our end however the behaviour is a bit erratic, gives different results for similar type of textbox.
Another query is, I have an older version at 3.50 version on my other desktop where I started the project, then updated project text and added heading levels. Could this be a problem because of older version? Or is it like, if I start a new project from scratch on latest version of SL this issue wouldn't come?

Thanks for those additional details! I do not see these issues when creating a project in our latest Storyline 360 (Build 3.58.26627.0). It could be an issue with an older version of Storyline 360. Have you tried importing the course in a new project using the latest version of Storyline 360?
Alt text should be keep as it is like 'greyed out'. If we edit or change the alt text is not focusing by pressing "H" shortcut key in NVDA screen reader. I attached few screen shots please check once. Is there any solution to fix this issue because sometimes we need to edit the alt text.

I understand that you're finding that once the alt text is changed, using the "H" key to access the heading no longer works. I am also finding the same on my end, so I've logged this as a bug.
